We guarantee that your package will be confirmed as DELIVERED
by the USPS or the UPS tracking system
or we will refund your order if it is lost by the carrier.

If the package is confirmed by the Post Office or by UPS as DELIVERED to your address,
we have fulfilled our obligation to get your package to your address.

Any delivery issues have to be taken up with the carrier directly (see below)- THEY ARE SET UP TO ASSIST YOU DIRECTLY.

HOW THIS WORKS:

  • Your order is shipped with tracking using either UPS GROUND or USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE.
  • You are immediately sent an automated email with your tracking number.
    Don't see your confirmation or tracking emails? Please check your SPAM folder!
  • Your package is scanned into the carrier's system so you can track its progress to you online.
    Visit UPS.COM or USPS.COM and enter the tracking number online there.
  • When your package is delivered, IT IS PHYSICALLY SCANNED BY THE CARRIER and MARKED AS "DELIVERED".
  • Once the package is scanned as "DELIVERED" by the carrier, our obligation to get the package to you is fulfilled.
    WE ARE NOT THE CARRIER!
    As far as we can determine, your package was delivered.
    We have no more information about the package, nor do we have any way to further assist you.
    Fortunately, both carriers have procedures in place to help you.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Both UPS and USPS require that only the RECIPIENT can initiate a package inquiry with them.
    MagicTricks.com cannot do this for you.

CONTACTING USPS:

To prevent a fraudulent claim that a package was not delivered when, in fact, it was received,
the USPS requires that the person to whom the package was addressed
must be the one to fill out the inquiry/claim form.
YOU must fill out the form- MagicTricks.com cannot do it for you.

USPS NOW ASSIGNS SPECIFIC PACKAGE SCANNERS TO SPECIFIC MAIL CARRIERS.
The new scanners also have GPS and can document EXACTLY where an item is when it is scanned,
who EXACTLY scanned it and EXACTLY what time of day they scanned the item on delivery.

    Be assured that if your package did, indeed, get lost, your order will be refunded after 30 days.

    All packages are mailed with a USPS or UPS tracking number.
    We guarantee that your package will be DELIVERED to the address you submitted when you placed your order.
    Your package is considered DELIVERED when it is marked as such in the USPS or UPS tracking information.

    You can follow your package using the USPS tracking number or UPS tracking number that was emailed to you when your order shipped.

    I did not get my email Order Confirmation:

    This is an automated email that is sent to the email address you provided when you ordered.
    If you made a typo, or gave us an incorrect email, you will not receive the notice. Please check your SPAM folder- sometimes company emails are sent to SPAM.
    If you created an account with us, you can login to your account and view the order there.
    Want us to email another copy of your Order Confirmation to you?

    I ordered an item that is temporarily out of stock:

    We'll email you and let you know immediately.
    We then ship the rest of your order right away, and ship the backorder ASAP.
    Of course, we cover the shipping cost for the second package.

    I received my order and the invoice has "WS" noted next to an item:

    "WS" means "Will Ship".
    That item was temporarily out of stock when we packed your order. We shipped the rest of your order right away, and will ship the backordered item ASAP.

    USPS Tracking says my package is "in transit":

    Your package is in the USPS system, making its way to your door. :-)
    The Postal Service is still experiencing delays!
    Please be patient.
    Also understand that we are not the Post Office- once your package is mailed, we have no control over the speed of delivery.
    If you want more information about where your package is, please contact your local POSTMASTER and give them the tracking number.
    They will be able to tell you exactly where it is, and maybe even when it will be delivered.
    Your package is insured in case it gets lost.

    My package has been "in transit" in the USPS system for MORE than 30 days:

    USPS or UPS Tracking says my package was delivered, but I did not receive it:

    If the package is confirmed by the Post Office or by UPS as DELIVERED to your address, we have fulfilled our obligation to get your package to your address.
    If you think your package was stolen from your porch or mailbox, we regret that we cannot refund or replace it.

    Though it is not your fault the package may have been stolen, it is not our fault either.
    We are a small family-run business, not Amazon or Walmart. We don't have the resources to "write it off" like the big guys.
    We are also not the Post Office or UPS or the police.
    If your package was shipped by USPS, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POSTMASTER and file a claim and complaint with the Post Office.
    You may also want to file a police report.
    If your package was shipped by UPS, PLEASE CONTACT UPS at UPS.COM and file a claim and complaint with them.
