We have never seen this before, and can't find any mention on the Internet. This may have been a test product, or at least a very limited run.Most likely it was briefly sold at a magic convention by the inventor. In any case- IT IS INTERESTING!
Basically, this is a magnetic gimmick that lets you give the appearance that you have lifted off the ground. The instructions are simple, the installation is simple, and the inventor gives some routines and tips/techniques.
We did not try this out, but in reading the instructions, it seems that it could be impressive with the right amount of showmanship.
At the very least, you'll get a set of nice, strong neodymium round magnets that you could use for something else!
