In the early 2000s, Siegfried and Roy's publicist took photos of the celebrities that visited them backstage.
The photos would then be distributed along with press releases.
Their constant coverage in the press was one of the reasons for their longevity and popularity in Las Vegas.

We met Siegfried and Roy in the late 1980s.
Over the next 15 years or so, from time to time they would send us packets of photos, calendars and other souvenirs.
They were by far the most spectacular magicians to ever grace the stage.

This photo was sent to us by Siegfried and Roy in 2002.
It is accompanied by the official press release sent out under S&R letterhead by the publicist.
