Show a penny and a copper washer.
Hide the washer, and place the penny in the little black box.
Close the box, and place it on your spectator's hand.
Ask the spectator where the penny is.
Of course, he'll say it's inside the box.
When the box is opened- the WASHER is now inside the box!
And the penny is brought out of hiding!

If you want to make the routine longer, try this:
Put the penny in the box, and keep the washer in your hand.
Put the box on the back of your hand, and give a magical push.
The PENNY drops out of your hand, and when the box is opened- the WASHER is inside!

And for a finale:
Hide the penny.
Put the washer in your hand.
Make a magical gesture, and open your hand.
The washer has changed to the PENNY and the hidden penny is now shown to be the washer!
