This regular looking pen can be used to write with, then can be pushed through a dollar bill, any important paper, even a coin or a glass- without making a hole! The pen can clearly be seen sticking out of the paper on both sides. And while it is stuck through the paper, you can move the pen and the "hole" around! As you remove the pen, it makes a distinctive ripping sound- but the paper is unharmed!
Really excellent! Made with an ordinary black rollerball pen, just like those found in office supply stores- or on someone's desk!

A similar Pen Thru Bill is also available packaged with an instructional DVD here.
We also sell a more expensive version of this effect called the Chrome Magic Writer Pen. The difference between the two is the type of pen used to make the trick. This pen is a black plastic Rollerball-type pen, while the Chrome Magic Writer Pen is a more expensive metal chrome color pen. If you are likely to use a Rollerball type pen in normal use, the Mystery Pen Thru Bill would be the choice for you. However, for the magician who is more likely to use a nice pen, the Chrome Magic Writer Pen will look more natural and is therefore a better choice.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Do not put the gimmick in your mouth. Not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
You supply the real dollar bill or other item to poke the pen through.

Write with the pen first before pushing it through the bill or paper to prove that it's a real pen.
