- QUANTITY of each item, especially if you want to buy more than one
- ANY OPTIONS if necessary, like color or size
- ORDER TOTAL, including Sales Tax of 5.3% (tax is necessary ONLY if your order is shipping to Virginia, otherwise there is no sales tax)
- SHIPPING fee of $6.99 for orders under $50.00
- GRAND TOTAL: price of all items + tax if needed + shipping

- Your FULL NAME: (first and last name)
- Your FULL ADDRESS: house number, apratment number, street address, city, state, zip code
- Your PHONE NUMBER: area code plus 7-digit phone number
- Your EMAIL ADDRESS: check this carefully or you will not receive any notifications about your order!
