Amazing mindreading effect! This is a wonderful smaller pocket-size version of the famous stage effect “Mental Epic”.And this one works really smoothly!
Show a board with three sections in it, and three sliding panel covers. You are going to attempt to "read their minds" and write down what your spectators are thinking.
Ask your first spectator to think of a number from 1 to 9.Secretly write your prediction in the first section, then cover it with one of the panels so the audience can't see what you have written.Next, ask your second spectator to think of an initial.Again, you secretly write your prediction, this time in the second section, and you cover it.The last time, you ask your spectator to name a card. (You can actually have the spectator physically choose a card from your deck, or you can have done this before the trick starts, to save time.)Once more, you write the prediction on the board, this time in the third section, and you cover it.Now, when you reveal your predictions, they MATCH the spectators' pieces of information!
This is a show stopper!
And this comes with a bonus online instruction video, exclusive to MagicTricks.com!Peter Monticup will share his secrets to making this great trick work smoothly and easily.Find out how to handle the board, how to maintain it, and how to make your routine easy to perform.
We also include a black crayon! The manufacturer does not specifiy what to use to write on the board. And they don't include any writing instrument, either.Through trial and error (and experience), Peter Monticup found that the best writing tool to use is a black crayon.Crayola brand is the best- the darkest and the easiest to remove. We are including the crayon, so you'll be all set!By the way, we recommend using DAWN POWER SPRAY specifically to remove the crayon. It's available at your supermarket in th dish detergent section. As soon as possible after your performance, spray the boards and gently rub with a soft cloth.
Board is about 5.5" x 2.75" size.Made of plastic.Crayon is standard Crayola brand crayon that you can easily replace when it wears down.
