Paraprosdokians
What the heck are Paraprosdokians??
Paraprosdokians figures of speech in which the latter part of a sentence or phrase is surprising or unexpected.
They are perhaps the most widely used form of jokes, other than puns.
They were a favorite of Winston Churchill, and we like them a lot, too!
