The Details:

• Handcuffs charms are made of silver color metal
  (the cuffs on each charm are all one piece- they do not swing separately)
• Charms are about 0.5" tall
• Ear hooks on earrings are sterling silver
• To balance the earrings in your ear, each wire also has a rubber ear backing
