With the deck behind your back, the spectator returns his card to the top of the deck.
Just by feel, you are apparently able to name his card.
In fact, you bring the cards into view, and remove that top card.
You visibly tea off a corner of the card and give it to your spectator to hold.
You then fold up the rest of his card, and vanish it (you could just put it in your pocket).
Next, you spread the remaining deck, showing all cards are face down, except one.
It is the spectator's named card!
And there is a corner missing!

You place the selected card between the top two cards.
You fold the cards up into a tube shape- a "blow dart gun".
Let your spectator blow through the dart gun toward the deck of cards.
Then have him open up the dart gun.
