The POSTMASTER at your Post Office is the only one who can help you with this. We can't speed up the Post Office or locate your package, or give your postman special delivery instructions.

Packages will be shipped every weekday right up until Christmas. However, orders placed after the deadline will not reach the recipient in time for Christmas. Priority Mail is not GUARANTEED to arrive on time. Most packages will make it. However, sometimes mail is delayed at the USPS sorting stations, or by bad weather. Once the package is in the USPS system, MagicTricks.com has NO CONTROL over delivery!
Expected delivery for US Priority Mail is about 2-3 business days AFTER the order has left our warehouse. We do our best (and usually succeed!) at shipping out orders the day we receive them. However, delays may occur. If there will be a brief delay before shipping, you will be notified immediately BY EMAIL. We are very aware that you need your package before Christmas. :-)

All packages shipped by USPS have a tracking number, which will be automatically EMAILED to you when your package ships. Your package is considered DELIVERED when your postal carrier has scanned it as delivered. If you have created an account, you can track your order anytime by logging into your account.
Once your package is shipped, it is in the hands of the USPS. We cannot do anything to make the USPS deliver faster. :-) All deliveries and delivery times are subject to the limitations, rules and restrictions of the US Postal Service.
ALL CLAIMS FOR NON-DELIVERY OF PACKAGES NEED TO BE MADE BY YOU DIRECTLY TO YOUR POST OFFICE! If your package has been tracked and scanned as DELIVERED, but you did not receive it, you must contact the POSTMASTER at your local Post Office. Ask to speak directly to the POSTMASTER. We do not have the answers you need regarding the Post Office procedures- they need to help you. If your package has not been scanned as Delivered (if it is still in transit) and it has been at least seven business days since it left our warehouse, please call us at 540-832-0900 for assistance.
You must call 540-832-0900 to arrange for Express Mail delivery. The USPS requires that the package be signed for when it is delivered!
Exact shipping cost will be based on the weight of the package and the location you are shipping to. When you call us to order Express Mail shipping, we will calculate the exact cost for you.
Depending on the location you are shipping to, delivery is either the next business day OR 2-day delivery. Overnite delivery is not available to all locations, or for Sunday delivery.

You must provide a valid email address for the person you would like us to send the certificate to! Please double check the email address you supply. Make sure it is correct.
Within two hours of receiving your order for an emailed Gift Certificate, we will email the certificate to the person you specify in your order. We will also email YOU a copy of the Gift Certificate.
If the email has not reached your recipient within one day, please have the recipient check their SPAM box for it. If it still was not received, please call us at 540-832-0900 for assistance.
