This is a REPRODUCTION set of handcuffs, modeled after the classic Hamburg 8 design and quality manufactured in Pakistan.
We have only this one set.

DESCRIPTION FROM THE MANUFACTURER:
This is a very well done reproduction Hamburg 8 handcuff.
They come with a single key.
These are high quality made of nickel-plated brass by KUB Industries.
When folded (only in one direction) the cuff mechanism allows the cuffs to be opened.
This cannot be done with the cuffs on.
When fully extended, the bows, when pressed down, will lock.
To unlock the cuff a key needs to be inserted into the lock case.
The key pushes the bolt out of the way and allows the cuffs to open.

The original Hamburg 8 cuffs were made by the Kayser Company in Germany in the early years of the 20th Century.
The cuffs were very secure and easy to use, making them popular with the German police.
The cuffs were also able to be ingeniously gimmicked by experts like Houdini for quick release.
This Hamburg 8 style was a favorite of Houdini's, in fact.
