How To Purchase a Gift Certificate

THIS OPTION LETS YOU PURCHASE A CERTIFICATE AND PAY FOR IT AT CHECKOUT.

STEP 1 - Fill out the information boxes.
FROM - the name of the person who is buying the certificate
TO - the name of the person who you are buying the certificate for
RECIPIENT ADDRESS - the email you want the certificate sent to (this could be their email address or yours)
MESSAGE - What you want the certificate to say, like "Happy Birthday Joey, Love Lucy"

STEP 2 - Click the RED Add To Cart button

STEP 3 - Check your cart to make sure the certificate is in there.
Of course, you can continue shopping and add other items.

STEP 4 - Proceed to CHECKOUT .

STEP 5 - After checkout, your gift certificate will be INSTANTLY EMAILED to the RECIPIENT EMAIL ADDRESS you provided in Step 1.
The certificate email contains a GIFT CODE.
When your recipient orders, they simply put the gift code into the code box on their checkout page.

Sorry, Gift Certificates are sent by email only.
We do not send certificates by postal mail. If you want a hard copy to give to someone, please print out the Gift Certificate email we send.

How To Redeem Points for a Gift Certificate

THIS OPTION LETS YOU REDEEM POINTS FOR A CERTIFICATE, NO PAYMENT NEEDED.

To use this option, you must be logged into your account, and have enough Rewards Points saved for the certificate you want.
Please follow these instructions.
If the certificate shows in your cart with a payment due- you did not follow instructions!

STEP 1 - Make sure your cart is EMPTY.
This is the quickest way to get your certificate emailed to you.

STEP 2 - If the certificate is for you, ignore the information boxes.
If you want the certificate sent to another person, fill in the information boxes, especially RECIPIENT'S EMAIL.

STEP 3 - Click the BLACK box under the information boxes to redeem your points for this certificate.
If you don't see the black box, you are not logged in. Login to your account and try again.

STEP 4 - Check your cart to make sure the certificate is in there. No payment should be due.

STEP 5 - Proceed to CHECKOUT . No payment should be due.
Yes, you should checkout with ONLY the certificate in your shopping cart!
Just choose "No Payment Necessary" as your payment option.

STEP 6 - After checkout your gift certificate will be INSTANTLY EMAILED to you.
The email contains a GIFT CODE. The next time you order, put the gift code into the code box on your checkout page.

Sorry, Rewards Points must be redeemed for Gift Certificates using this process.
There is no automatically applied discount when you redeem points.

How To Spend a Gift Certificate

Simply enter the code number in the Gift Certificate Code box at Checkout.
The box is located in the right hand column, under your Order Summary.
Put the code number in the box, and click APPLY.
Your Gift Certificate amount will be deducted from your total payment due.

More than one gift code can be used on the same order.
Just enter the first code, click apply and then enter the second and click apply, etc.
