We personally knew the magician whose collection this came from, and enjoyed watching him use this as part of his opening stage routine.
We are thinking that this is more of a magician's collectible, a piece of magic history, than a practical magical gimmick.But it will certainly work for you if you want to use it in your show!
The idea is that this gimmick, when clipped around a wand, will allow you to control the wand without appearing to actually grip it in your hand.The black color of the tube part of the gimmick was meant to blend with the color of your wand, while the pink hook was meant to blend with this magician's skin tone.In fact, he actually painted it over himself to "match" his skin.
This does NOT come with instructions, but you simply clip it around your wand and hook the hook around your finger.
