Official Fantasio product is no longer made and has not been available for some time! From the estate collection of a retired professional magician who took great care of his props.
If you use an Appearing Candle in your act, you know that it can be a struggle sometimes to get it into position during your routine.Fantasio, known for his quality Appearing Candles, came up with this clever gimmick to help you do just that. The holder can be fastened inside a jacket or can be positioned inside a box or hat. You simply hold the unit palmed in your hand and release the lid, allowing the candle to instantly expand and "appear".
No doubt this one will take a bit of practice to use it smoothly, but it is clever nonetheless.
Ricardo Roucau (3 October 1936 – 30 October 2017) was a magician commonly known as Fantasio. Not only was he a stage manipulator (candles, balls, etc.) but he was also an inventor of magic props and produced some of the nicest plastic Appearing Candles and Appearing Canes made.Unfortunately, on his passing, production of his items stopped, and are no longer available except on the secondary market.
