Everyone loves a card trick with a double surprise ending!
Here's the routine:Let your spectator know you have written a card prediction on the back of your business card (or any piece of paper).Hand your spectator a deck of cards.So that nobody, including him, can see the card he will choose, ask him to choose the card with the deck behind his back.Following your directions, he will put the deck behind his back and cut the deck<Then he will take the top card, turn it over so that it is face up, and stick it back into the middle of the deck. He will then hand the deck back to you.The result- the chosen card is FACE UP, buried somewhere in the deck.
Spread the deck to show all the cards are face down- except one, of course.The face up card is the one blindly chosen by your spectator.Start to reveal your prediction- you wrote down the exact card that would be chosen!
BUT WAIT- THERE'S MORE!Reveal the rest of the prediction- it says BLUE BACK.But as everyone can see, all the cards in the spread have RED backs.Ask the spectator to turn over his chosen card- it's the only one with a BLUE back!
