FITTING INFORMATION:

Generally, the D'Lite sits on the thumb ABOVE the thumb knuckle.
So as long as it will fit over the TIP of your thumb, it will work.
The D'Lite will ALSO work if it is large enough to fit down OVER your thumb knuckle.
When choosing a size, determine whether the TOP part of your thumb above the knuckle is average adult size, or if it is A LOT smaller or A LOT bigger than the average adult thumb.
The REGULAR fits nearly every adult hand, but if you are debating between two sizes, choose the larger of the two sizes.

REGULAR: fits almost all adult size hands, including most women
LARGE: fits adults with noticeably wider thumbs than average
SMALL: fits most children between age 10 and adult, and adults with noticeably thinner thumbs
