Dan's Magic Van

The popular Supreme Magic trick is FINALLY available again- but by Ian Adair in limited quantity!

Kids love to think they "know" how you did a trick- only to be surprised by the ending!

This colorful routine has a clever surprise ending - a great "sucker effect" in which the audience screams that they know "how it's done" just to discover they didn't know after all!

The story starts with the magician taking his WHITE van to the shop to be painted.
The van goes into the shop, and comes out painted red.
But alas, the magician forgot his money- he couldn't pay!
So the painter "takes the paint back" (which is pretty ridiculous!) by putting the red van through the shop.
The van is now white again.
But the magician remembers that his money is in the van, and he pays the painter to paint his van again.
Back into the shop goes the white van, and again it comes out painted red.

By this time, the audience is starting to "catch on".
They will shout that all you are doing is turing the card and the van around.
You let them get louder and more insistent.
You turn the card "around"- turning it in a cirlce.
They will say "No, turn it the other way!"
And you will turn it in a circle the other way.
And they will shout "No, show us the back!"
And YOU will turn around, showing your back.

By now, the kids will be in a frenzy to show you what they mean.
Invite one of your spectators to "turn the card around".
When he does, he will expect that it will be the white van, but instead it is a bright multicolor van!

This large prop (14" x 9") packs flat and is very easy to do.
