Most orders ship out the SAME BUSINESS DAY we receive them!
You'll usually get your order in 2-3 business days!
We ship most U.S. orders via Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
It's fast, and is perfect for most orders, but it is not guaranteed to be delivered within a certain timeframe.
Orders shipped for free, or orders totaling under $15 may be shipped using USPS First Class Mail, which is still speedy, and usually just as fast as Priority Mail.
Like Priority Mail, the exact delivery day is not guaranteed.
If guaranteed fast delivery by a specific date is important, and time is short, you may want to consider paying extra for Express delivery.

All U.S. orders ship for a LOW $5.99 flat rate!
Yes, that's all! And we're talking speedy Priority Mail for most orders!
It costs us AT LEAST $6.65 to mail most packages. If it's a heavy package, it can cost upwards of $30-40!
But you'll pay only $5.99- we'll pay the rest!

US Postal Service Express Mail is available at an additional cost of $30 and up.
The extra fee is what USPS will charge for this service. Yes- it is expensive!
Depending on your location in the U.S., EXPRESS MAIL can get your package to you the next day. Restrictions apply.
YOU MUST CALL US AT 540-832-0900 to arrange for Express shipping.
The exact cost of shipping your package will be determined by the weight of your package and the zip code of the address you are having the package shipped to.
We will be able to give you that information on the phone, as well as the expected delivery date.

Returns Policy and Cancelling an Order

Returns Policy
Because you are buying the secret when you buy a trick, our general policy is:
SORRY- no returns, no refunds, no exchanges for another item.
Please read the description of the trick carefully before you purchase it.
And if you have any questions about it, please contact us first. We'll be glad to help you choose the right trick.
Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances if you CALL US AT 540-832-0900.
We really try to work with our customers to make sure you are happy.
Defective tricks, of course, will be cheerfully replaced with a similar- and working!- item.
Sorry, items damaged by the customer cannot be replaced.

How To Cancel an Order
The easiest way is to call us at 540-832-0900.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily cancel your order. You will get a refund for the full price charged, on the next business day.
If your order has already been shipped, you will receive a refund of the price of the items, but not a refund for the shipping.
Even if you received the free shipping discount, you are now responsible for the actual cost we incurred when we shipped the order to you.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the amount you paid, and the rest will be refunded to you on the next business day after we receive the returned package.

If you have not yet received the package, you can save return shipping cost by simply refusing the package.
Take the UNOPENED package to your Post Office, and they will take it back and ship it to us, at no cost to you.
You will still be responsible for the original cost of shipping the package to you.
We do not charge a restocking fee for cancelling an already-shipped order.
However, the package must be shipped back to us without damage.
We strongly recommend either refusing the package, or shipping it back to us via U.S. Priority Mail.
Only returned, undamaged orders will receive a refund.
Returned packages lost by the carrier on the way back to us will be considered unreturned and not eligible for refund.

Ordering Information

How To Add Items To an Already-Placed Order
The easiest way is to call us at 540-832-0900.
Since we never see your credit card information, we have no way to automatically charge you for the additional item.
We will need you to give us your card information again.
Also, most orders are shipped out the same day, so if your order has already been shipped, you will have to place a fresh order for the additional item.
If your order has not been shipped yet, we will be happy to pack your additional item with the original order, at no additional shipping cost.

How To Check Your Order Status
The easiest way to check the status of your order is to Login to your account.
That's the advantage of creating and using a secure account when you place your order.
By logging in, you will be able to view your order history, your shipping status, plus all USPS tracking numbers and information.
If you did not create an account, you can still contact us by phone at 540-832-0900.
Or use the online Contact Form.
Your order was most likely shipped out the same day we received it (or the next business day), and should arrive within 2-3 business days.

We keep you informed about the status of your order every step of the way.
We hold your shipment for any temporarily backordered items.
Typically, backordered items are back in stock within 3-5 business days, so we are not talking about a long delay.
If your order is delayed, we will email you to let you know when your order is expected to ship.
On the day we receive your order, you will receive an email if you have an item in your order that will not ship immediately.
If you did not give us an email address, or if you gave us an incorrect email address, you will not be contacted.
You may request that the available items be shipped, and the backordered items be cancelled.
If the backordered item takes too long to restock, or becomes permanently unavailable, your order is shipped without that item and you will be refunded for that item.
