Larry Jennings (February 17, 1933 – October 17, 1997) was an American magician best known for his card techniques and Chop Cup routines. Of the nine books published by, or written about him, this is the most comprehensive one.
The magic book publishing company L and L Publishing, was actually started by Larry Jennings and Louis Falanga (the "L" and the "L") in 1986, with this book being the first book published.
He was also known for being close friends with fellow magician Dai Vernon.When it was first released, this book was referred to as an "absolute must for all lovers of poetry and magic" by Vernon.
