This beautifully made prediction box hides a very clever secret. Though you let your spectator FREELY choose one of the four numbers, you can easily control the final outcome of the effect! They think they made a free choice- and they did! But no matter which number is chosen- even if they change their mind!!- you control what happens!
WE INCLUDE THREE IMPORTANT BONUSES! Peter Monticup worked with this great box for a while and came up with his own more deceptive, more effective and simplified method of operating the box. Not only do you need our instructions, but you also need the blue bag and the plastic picks he uses. We include the blue bag shown in the demo video because it is actually an important part of Peter's technique. We also include a couple of plastic picks for you to use in pulling the prediction cards from under the numbers, so that you won't damage the box. And of course we include Peter's step-by-step video tutorial, showing you the technique he developed as well as his routine.
The basic routine is simple. Explain that you have a box with four sections. In each of the sections there is a small card with an amount of money written on it. Whichever number the spectator chooses, he will be rewarded with that amount of money. Ask the spectator to select a number, out loud. Yes, they can even change their mind, as Dirk does in the demo video. Take the beautiful wood box out of the soft bag (supplied). The spectator can see that there are four numbers, and a card under each number. One by one, the card is removed under each number. The amounts of money written on the cards is impressive, and the spectator is getting very excited! The last number card to be revealed is the one the spectator chose. When the money amount on the spectator's card is shown- it is ZERO! Oh, no! He apparently chose the only card with no money!
The clever construction of this box allows you to do many routines, once you know the secret. For example, you can ask the spectator to name a card and a number, and the box is shown to have only a single card under a number- it is the spectator's number AND the spectator's chosen card! Or you can roll up a dollar bill and put it in the box, then allow the spectator to select a number, and the dollar bill is under the number chosen by the spectator. So many ideas!
