Charles Steen was an magician who was performing from the late 1880s through the 1920s, mainly in the United States and Europe.

He started in 1888 as an illusionist, specializing in escapes. After marrying his first wife, Martha, they began performing a two-person second-sight act, billed as "The Steens".

Charles divorced Martha in 1904 and immediately remarried, continuing the act with his new wife, Rose.

The Steens were still touring as of 1929.
