Hilarious audience participation card trick!
Your volunteer will be the unsuspecting star of the show!

This is one of those effects where you invite a volunteer to "do the magic".
It's a simple routine, but with a little showmanship, you can build this into a real comedy routine!

PLEASE NOTE: Dirk DID NOT know how this worked before he participated in the trick!
The beauty of this is that the volunteer will naturally be albe to perform this without any coaching from you!

First, invite an audience member to be the volunteer magician.
He is seated next to you, and can verify to the rest of the audience that the deck you are using indeed is made of all different cards.
You randomly select a member of the audience who can remain in their seat, but they will be the one choosing a card.
By calling out a random number, the audience member establishes how many cards you will take off the deck.
To make it even more random, you then add the digits of the number to create a single digit number.
You then show ONLY THE AUDIENCE the card that is in that position.
You don't look at the card and neither does your volunteer.
Your volunteer then thoroughly shuffles the cards to his satisfaction.
He then picks up the deck, and looks through the deck face up, concentrating on the different card values.
Until he gets a VISION of which card he thinks was selected.
He names the card out loud- and of course- he is right!

You will get a bridge size deck for this, to make it easy for any volunteer to handle.
You will also get TWO different special cards so you can perform it two different ways.
