The Card Frame is a very clever effect that has been around since the mid-1800s.
The idea is that the magician is using a very ordinary object- an empty picture frame.
But in the hands of the magician, the picture frame turns into something very magical indeed.

The demo video shows just one of the many ways this gem can be used in your performance.
In the first part of the video, Peter has the spectator (Steve) select a card.
When he uncovers the frame, he reveals his prediction- it's the same card that Steve chose!

There are a number of routines you can do with this Card Frame:

• Card Prediction
  The routine performed by Peter in the demo video


• Card Change and Prediction
  Similar to the demo routine, but you take the card from the spectator's hand and change it to another card (in your favorite way).
  When you remove the cloth from the frame, the spectator's card has appeared in the frame


• Card Vanish and Appearance
  Using sleight of hand, or using a device such as a Card Box (see products below), you make the spectator's chosen card vanish.
  The card reappears inside the frame.


• Message Appearance
  You can have any type of message appear in the frame- a response to a question, a prediction, a person's name, etc.

The Card Frame has a very striking Art Deco inspired look, with its gold and black painted wood.
The wood has been finished in such a way that the frame looks old and antique.
