With a bit of imagination, you can work this into a nice routine for your kids show.
For example, you could put this silk into a change bag, asking the audience where did the color go?
The silk disappears in the change bag, and you pull out a few different color crayons.

You then incorporate the crayons into your Magic Coloring Book routine.
