An ordinary looking book you can carry in your pocket!
This is the Magic Coloring Book and the Svengali Deck combined into one clever little CUSTOMIZEABLE effect!
It's basically a BLANK book, gimmicked like the Coloring Book or the Svengali deck.YOU add whatever you like to the blank pages- you write numbers, or colors. You add illustrations. Whatever you need.
Depending on how you want to use the book, you can either flip through it several times, and each time you flip through it, the images change in the book (like a Coloring Book), or you can flip through it and let your spectator stop you at any page (like a Svengali Deck).
The genius of this little book is that YOU are in control of the contents of the book- you can make this book reveal anything you want!
FORCE BOOK Make your own book to force ANY number, word, picture, color, shape, date, name- whatever you need!
PREDICTION ROUTINE If you can force a card, or if you know the outcome of an event, then you can prepare the book to reveal that card or event. For example, use this to "choose" the last prediction box for your Mental Epic.
MAGIC SQUARE ROUTINE Use the book to force a specific number that looks randomly selected to get to your desired outcome for an effect like a magic square.
TRANSFORMATION ROUTINE Make your own coloring book, or make a book where a picture seems to appear and disappear.
MENTALISM ROUTINE Use this to make your own book test!
CORPORATE PROMOTION Make a force book to force the name or image of a specific company product- great for convention booths!
SPECIAL EVENT Make your own force book to force the name or image of the honored person at an event- great for weddings, birthdays, retirement parties!
Softbound book. Size is about 4.25" x 5.5".
May be packaged as BLACK BOOK or SVEN PAD.This is the same trick with different packaging.
Very effective if you also use the Drawer Box to make several crayons disappear first, then flip the pages of the book to show that the colors of the crayons have magically transported themselves onto the pages. You could also use the Color Changing Wand to "transfer" color from the wand to the book, and back again. You could also use the Fantastik Wand. Show the book with black-outlined pictures, and wave the multicolored wand over the book. The wand changes to a black magician's wand, and the pages are now colored! Or you could use the Vanishing Crayons- make the crayons disappear and make the colors appear on the pages of the coloring book.
This is an old trick! The Magic Coloring Book trick was described in Reginald Scot's classic book on magic, The Discoverie of Witchcraft, written in 1584. That was the first book to reveal magicians' secrets.
