Challenge your spectator to balance two of his own quarters, one on top of the other.
Of course, he can't!
But when you use your own quarters, it's MAGIC!
You may even win a bet or two!

Here is Roy Keupper's routine:
Remove four quarters from your pocket.
Two coins are handed to the spectator and you keep the other two for yourself.
Ask the spectator to do as you do.
First, you vertically balance one coin on top of the other.
The spectator tries to copy you, but of course he has no luck.
Now you take this already amazing accomplishment one step further.
While holding the bottom coin in the fingers of one hand, use the other hand to rotate the top coin 90 degrees, so that it is now resting sideways opposed to the bottom coin.
Still the coin remains balanced!
The spectator is in awe because his coin continues to fall.
The coins are returned to your pocket and your secret is safe!
