Let your spectator secretly choose any one of the animals shown on the board. You turn the board so that it faces him, and the back of the board faces you.In other words, you can't see the pictures on the front of the board from where you are sitting.
Now, put the tip of your pencil into one of the holes in the board.Have your spectator spell out loud the name of the animal he chose.For each letter, you move your pencil.When your spectator has finished spelling the animal's name-your pencil tip is in the hole under that exact animal!
If you can spell the names of the animals (even with a little help from your spectator!)- you can do the trick!
