Great effect for spectators of any age!

First, show your spectator a pile of six different color plastic disks.
Then show him your prediction, face down, written on a scrap of paper or the back of your business card.
Finally, fold a colorful cloth and place it on the table.
Now, without looking, your spectator will pick up two of the disks and place them inside the cloth.
He will place the other disks in his pocket.
When he is finished, allow him to turn over your prediction and read it.
The prediction will name two colors.
When you open the cloth again to reveal which two colors your spectator chose- the two colors are the ones you predicted!

And there are other routines possible, too!
Make a prediction of a playing card, or two or three.
Let the spectator choose the cards from a face-down deck.
When the prediction is read, it matches the cards that were folded up into the cloth!
