PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH USPS (the Post Office) or UPS (United Parcel Service).
Magictricks.com will get your package into their systems quickly.
But we have no control over how fast USPS or UPS delivers once the package is with them.
Both MagicTricks.com and Stamps.com (our shipping system) email your tracking number to you.
You'll get an automatic Shipping Confirmation email letting you know that your package is on its way.
Online tracking information is provided by the carriers (USPS and UPS).
They give you the specifics on the progress of your package- we have no additional info other than what you get directly yourself from their online tracking.
And we can't speed them up!
With tracking systems today, packages very, very rarely get lost.
They may be delayed, but we haven't had a single lost package in years.
PLEASE NOTE: "Christmas delivery" is NOT a guarantee.

"What if I haven't yet receive my package?"
FOR FASTEST RESOLUTION ON DELAYED ORDERS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS.
If you have your tracking number (it's on your Order Confirmation email):
- IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED BY USPS (US POSTAL SERVICE):
- Call or visit your local Post Office.
They have your package in THEIR system.
They are the ONLY ones who can locate your package in their system. - Give the tracking number to your POSTMASTER.
They will give you up-to-the-minute information on the location of your package.
They will only tell us the same information they will tell you- save time and contact them directly!
- Call or visit your local Post Office.
- IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED BY UPS (UNITED PARCEL SERVICE):

If you do not have your tracking number:

We will respond quickly with the information you need to contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
Please understand that we are a small family-run business.
We are not Amazon or Walmart, and we don't have the financial resources to automatically refund or replace if your package was delivered but stolen.
We will do our best to help you locate your package.
If your package IS NOT scanned as DELIVERED in 30 days from the shipping date, we will replace or refund your order.

However, if the package is scanned by the Post Office or UPS as DELIVERED, we regret that we cannot refund or replace it.
If you believe your USPS-delivered package was stolen from your porch:
YOU MUST FILE A POLICE REPORT in order to be reimbursed for your package.
USPS requires the report in order to process a claim.
- Call or visit your local Post Office.
Give them the tracking number and report the package as stolen.
They can check with your carrier to see if the package was delivered properly, where it was left, or if it was delivered to another address by mistake. - Call your local Police and file a report.
Get a copy of the report to give to the USPS. - File a claim with the Post Office.
Your postmaster will help you do this to get a refund on your package.
If you believe your UPS-delivered package was stolen from your porch:
