Introduce your real live rabbit to your audience and explain that "Mr. Rabbit is so hard to carry to each and every magic show. I've come up with a way to make him easy to transport." Bring out your Rabbit Wringer box that has a crank on the side and rollers on the front. Lift the lid on the top and put Mr. Rabbit inside. Turn the crank on the side of the box. A FLAT SPONGE RABBIT comes out of the rollers on the front! Mr. Rabbit appears flat as a pancake! Put the flat rabbit in your pocket, then open the front of the box- the live rabbit has indeed disappeared! This effect gets a fantastic reaction every time!
Best of all, your rabbit is safely confined in the box until you can take him out after your show. Even if you don't have an assistant, you can work this tabletop illusion.
