| All orders are shipped with a
tracking/confirmation number. This provides proof of the date of shipment. Also, we can
track package delivery. When your package is delivered, the date and status is recorded by
the carrier as proof of delivery. *If you do not receive your package within 30 days, please
notify us by email. We will
trace the package, and if indeed the package was not delivered, we will replace your order
at no cost to you.
**If you receive a defective item (one that
arrives already broken or non-functioning), notify us by
email WITHIN 24 HOURS
OF RECEIVING THE ITEM and we will give you instructions for returning the item
for replacement.
We will replace a defective item with
another of the same item only. No refunds or exchanges for a different item, please.
To discourage attempts to return
items broken by customers after handling the tricks improperly, claims of defective items must
be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. |
