SALES TAX
Sales tax is only charged on orders that are being sent to a VIRGINIA address. For Virginia recipients, the sales tax rate is 5% of the total order amount, not including the shipping cost.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal payments. We also accept money orders, personal checks drawn on American banks, cashier's checks drawn on American banks, International Money Orders drawn on U.S. banks, and Western Union payments. Cash payments are discouraged but accepted.

Sorry, we do not accept American Express cards, purchase orders, C.O.D., or checks drawn on non-U.S. banks. **NOTE: 8/29/07- DISCOVER is temporarily unavailable while we change processors. Sorry for the inconvenience.

SENDING YOUR ORDER
Orders may be sent online, via regular mail, over the phone or via fax.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Most orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation number. This number is sent to you automatically by our system via email on the day your package is shipped. Unfortunately, the U.S. Postal Service does not update its tracking system daily so you may not be able to track the progress of your package on the USPS site.

Often when you track your package, you will get the message "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on [the shipping date] to expect your package for mailing. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later." Please trust us- the package was delivered to the Post Office as promised! For some reason, the USPS refuses to fix its tracking reports to show that a package is actually in its system. This is a problem with the USPS, not us! Your package was shipped as promised, and should arrive within 3-5 days of the shipping date. If you do not receive your package, please contact us and we'll help you.

If your package was shipped via FedEx, you will receive that tracking number by email. If you do not receive your package, please contact us and we'll help you.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
We will happily make changes to any order that has not been shipped yet. The best way to change your order is to phone us at 1-540-832-0900 between the hours of 11am and 5 pm weekdays. You can also contact us via our email form, and we will get right back to you.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER
You may cancel any order that has not been shipped yet. The best way to cancel your order is to phone us at 1-540-832-0900 between the hours of 11am and 5 pm weekdays. You can also contact us via our email form, and we will get right back to you. If your order has already been shipped and you would like to cancel it, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE. Call us at 1-540-832-0900 to receive instructions.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Because much of the value in a magic trick is the secret, magic tricks, books and dvds cannot be returned for refund or exchange. However, we will gladly and quickly replace any item that arrived damaged with another of the same item. This replacement policy applies to holiday presents also! For more information about returns, please read our RETURNS POLICY. The best way to arrange for a damaged item replacement is to phone us at 1-540-832-0900 between the hours of 11am and 5 pm weekdays.
