Made especially for scaling, cards like this were thrown by Thurston into the audience as a special featured part of his show. Thurston was very much influenced by Herrmann's success with these cards as promotion. This particular design shows Thurston on one side, and his daughter Jane on the other. A number of these cards in mint, unused condition are currently available from a number of sources, having been found, still boxed, several years ago in a Mid-West warehouse.
