Eddie and Lucille Burnette

  • ?-?
  • Real Name: Lucille Hughes Burnette
  • Birthday: ?
  • Birthplace: United States
  • Buried: ?

Lucille Burnette was an American female magician and magic partner to her husband, Eddie Burnette, in their nightclub magic act during the late 1940's and 1950's.

She was a skilled manipulator, receiving great reviews, as in a November 22, 1947 write-up in Billboard: "Eddie and Lucille Burnette offer magic, with Miss Burnette doing sleight of hand that pleases. Wind-up is the substitution trunk trick. Act was well received."

Sometimes she was billed as "Miss Lucille", other times as "Miss Burnette".

Lucille was a member of Magigals, the women's magic organization.
