SO PLEASE BE PATIENT.
Magictricks.com got your package into the USPS system quickly.
But EXPECT DELAYS WITH USPS, even after Christmas.

Both MagicTricks.com and Stamps.com email your tracking number to you.
But we cannot track your order or give you any further information on where your package is in the USPS system.

PLEASE CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE WITH TRACKING/DELIVERY QUESTIONS.

DEADLINE for ordering for Christmas delivery is
NOON EASTERN TIME on Thursday, December 17


We will still ship orders received after the deadline, of course.
We will ship daily, but orders received after NOON on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17 may not be delivered in time!
PLEASE NOTE: "Christmas delivery" is NOT a guarantee.
It is a Post Office estimate.
Actual delivery time is completely dependent on the speed of the Postal Service!

We wish we could transport your package magically to you!
But we have to depend on the U.S. Postal Service.
We can't speed up the Post Office or locate your package, or give your postman special delivery instructions.

We ship your package.
THE POST OFFICE DELIVERS IT!

To save you time, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE with delivery issues.
If your package tracking shows a delay, the POSTMASTER at your Post Office is the ONLY ONE who can help you with this.


If your package is lost by the Post Office and IS NOT scanned as DELIVERED, we will replace or refund your order.
However, if your package was marked DELIVERED by the Post Office, but was stolen, WE CANNOT REPLACE OR REFUND the order.

"What if an item I order is not in stock?"

YOU HAVE A CHOICE AT CHECKOUT.
You will choose one of these options:

  1. If any item is backordered ship everything else now and ship the backordered item ASAP at no additional shipping cost OR
  2. CANCEL any backordered items and ship what is available now OR
  3. If any item is backordered then cancel entire order

With the high volume of daily orders we get at this time of year, items can quickly go out of stock before the inventory control can catch up.
Our system gives you a choice of how you want us to handle your order. :-)


"What if I don't receive my package?"

FOR FASTEST RESOLUTION, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS.

If you have your tracking number (it's on your Order Confirmation email):

  1. Call or visit your local Post Office.
    They have your package in their system.
    They are the ONLY ones who can locate your package in their system.
  2. Give the tracking number to your POSTMASTER.
    They will give you up-to-the-minute information on the location of your package.

If you do not have your tracking number:
  1. Contact us using CONTACT FORM
    We will respond quickly with your tracking number.
    Then give the tracking number to your local Post Office, following the instructions above.

If you believe your package was stolen from your porch:
  1. Call or visit your local Post Office.
    Give them the tracking number and report the package as stolen.
    They can check with your carrier to see if the package was delivered properly, where it was left, or if it was delivered to another address by mistake.
  2. Call your local Police and file a report.
    If the Post Office confirms that the package was delivered to your address, you can then get a police report.
  3. File a claim with the Post Office.
    Give the police report to the Post Office and they can help you do this to get a refund on your package.


Finding your package is the most important thing.
Since the Post Office took control of your package, they are the ones who can give you the help you need the quickest.
Of course, we are concerned about getting your package to you as well.
If your package is LOST and the Post Office never marked it as Confirmed Delivery, please CONTACT US USING THIS FORM for further instructions.

Please understand that we are a small family-run business.
We are not Amazon or Walmart, and we don't have the financial resources to automatically refund or replace if your package was stolen.

We will do our best to help you locate your package.
If the Post Office confirms that it was never delivered, then of course we will gladly refund or replace your order.

However, if the package is confirmed by the Post Office as DELIVERED but was stolen from your porch, we regret that we cannot refund or replace it.

USPS Priority Mail

Packages will be shipped every weekday through Wednesday, December 23.
However, orders placed after the deadline of Thursday, December 17 may not reach the recipient in time for Christmas.
Priority Mail is not GUARANTEED to arrive on time. Most packages will make it. However, sometimes mail is delayed at the USPS sorting stations, or by bad weather. Once the package is in the USPS system, MagicTricks.com has NO CONTROL over delivery!


We do our best (and usually succeed!) at shipping out orders the day we receive them.
However, delays may occur.
If there will be a brief delay before shipping, you will be notified immediately BY EMAIL.
We are very aware that you need your package before Christmas. :-)

All packages shipped by USPS have a tracking number, which will be automatically EMAILED to you when your package ships.
Your package is considered DELIVERED when your postal carrier has scanned it as delivered.
If your package is lost by the Post Office and IS NOT scanned as DELIVERED, we will replace or refund your order.
If your package was marked DELIVERED by the Post Office, but was stolen, WE CANNOT REPLACE OR REFUND the order.
If you have created an account, you can track your order anytime by logging into your account.

Once your package is shipped, it is in the hands of the USPS. We cannot do anything to make the USPS deliver faster. :-)
All deliveries and delivery times are subject to the limitations, rules and restrictions of the US Postal Service.

ALL CLAIMS FOR NON-DELIVERY OF PACKAGES NEED TO BE MADE BY YOU DIRECTLY TO YOUR POST OFFICE!
If your package has been tracked and scanned as DELIVERED, but you did not receive it, you must contact the POSTMASTER at your local Post Office.
Ask to speak directly to the POSTMASTER.
We do not have the answers you need regarding the Post Office procedures- they need to help you.


USPS Express Mail

Express Mail delivery is not available.


GIFT CERTIFICATE BY EMAIL

You must provide a valid email address for the person you would like us to send the certificate to!
Please double check the email address you supply. Make sure it is correct.

Within two hours of receiving your order for an emailed Gift Certificate, we will email the certificate to the person you specify in your order.
We will also email YOU a copy of the Gift Certificate.

If the email has not reached your recipient within one day, please have the recipient check their SPAM box for it.
