Wonderful trick to use with a Magic Coloring Book, or use this effect to produce a Silk Streamer, which you can then vanish using a Thumb Tip or a Popcorn Dye Box, etc.
Here's another idea: use the crayon box to produce a silk streamer, then put the streamer into a Change Bag, and change the streamer back into crayons!
