If your credit card was
charged by MagicTricks.Com without your permission or knowledge, please call

If the
charge was made by someone who stole your your card or number, we will
immediately credit your account and restore your money to you. We will
also help initiate a police investigation into the fraud, and will
help you contact the credit card company to report the fraud and to
cancel your account so that further fraudulent charges cannot be made. |
If
your credit card was used by
a member of your family, especially if the package was
shipped to your address, you are responsible for the charge, whether
or not you were aware that the charge was made. You are legally
responsible for the use of your card, and are expected to pay for all
non-fraudulent charges made to your account. |

order confirmation screen after checking out, with your order number.
Also, if you gave us a valid email address when you placed your order,
our system automatically sent you a confirmation email, with a summary
of the items ordered and your shipping address. Most orders are shipped
within 24 hours; if there is any anticipated delay in shipping your
order, we will email you immediately. Otherwise, the average order
arrives in approximately 4-7 days. |
Mail
orders: If you placed your order by
mail, we put your order in process on the day we receive it. We send you
an email letting you know that your order has been shipped, complete
with tracking number. If you included your correct email with your
order, and you haven't received an email from us, then we haven't
gotten your order yet. Remember that it takes about 5 days for us to
receive your order after you mail it. Most orders are shipped within
24 hours after we receive them; if there is any anticipated delay in
shipping your order, we will email you immediately. Otherwise, the
average order arrives in approximately 9-12 days after the order is
mailed. |
If
you gave us a valid email address when you placed your order, our system
automatically sends you an email when your package ships out as well.
The email contains a tracking number for your package. To track your
package, simply go to the US Postal Service site at http://www.usps.com
, click on Track/Confirm, and enter your tracking number. |
Unfortunately,
MagicTricks.com has no control over your package once it is in the hands
of the Postal Service. We cannot control how quickly it gets delivered.
We do, however, guarantee that
your package will reach you. |
If you
did not receive a tracking number, AND IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 14 DAYS
since you mailed or submitted your order to MagicTricks.com, you may use
this form to request the status of your package. Please- to avoid
straining our system, we ask you to use this form only if you've waited
a full 2 weeks and haven't heard from us. 99% of orders will arrive
within two weeks of when the order was placed, even if you mail the
order to us. Please be patient- your order is guaranteed
to arrive. |
