Watch this incredible illusion- you won't believe your eyes!
Show your audience an empty wood tube that has three circular windows in it (the better to see the action!). Next, show two solid metal blades- you can even allow a spectator to examine them. Finally, show a large solid wood black die.
Slide the blades into the wood tube, clearly dividing the tube into three sections. Since the blades are solid, it would be impossible for anything dropped into the top of the tube to pass all the way to the bottom- the blades would block it.
But that is exactly what happens! Drop the die into the tube, and it can be seen through the top window, resting on the first blade. At your command, the die suddenly passes right through the blade and drops down into the middle section.
Impossible! But again at your command, the die passes through the second blade as well! The die is now at the bottom of the tube. Remove the blades- they are solid! Remove the tube- it is empty! And the die is solid as well! How does this work??!!
This tabletop illusion is beautifully constructed. It will be a welcome addition to your show, as well as a striking piece of magic equipment to display on your shelf.
