Here's how the routine goes: You stack three blocks on top of each other in alphabetical order.Everyone can see the C block, the B block and the A block.Cover the blocks for a moment with the wooden tube- and the magic happens! When you lift the tube, the C block is still on the bottom. But the A block is now sitting on top of it!AND THE B BLOCK HAS VANISHED!At the end, you can produce the B block from anywhere you'd like- from a top hat, from under your table, or let your assistant bring it out from backstage.
This is a very strong trick that gets a GREAT reaction, especially from children!
This is the FULL SIZE professional version. Not only is it larger, but the mechanism works smoothly on this one.Don't be fooled by lower prices elsewhere- make sure you are getting the model that WORKS!
The box shown in the demo video is an older version, with a plain red paint design. The new design is more ornate! See the product photo! Both versions work exactly the same way.
And that's all you need!Stand, tube and blocks are painted wood.Tube and the base is about 10" high. Each block measures about 2.5" high and 2.5" wide.
It's easy to get your audience involved with this one. Everyone knows how to recite the A-B-Cs, so it will be clear that the B has vanished. The way this trick is designed will allow you to retrieve the vanished B block from almost anywhere. You can even have it appear under an audience member's chair, or inside someone's jacket, or inside a desk drawer, even in another room. (Of course, you may need the assistance of someone who knows the secret in order to use some of these ideas.)FOR TEACHERS:Make the B block disappear, then find it in an unexpected place. This can be a "running joke" that you can do every day for a week. The block might be found the first day inside your desk drawer, the second day inside a package on a countertop, and maybe on the third day, you can arrange for the principal to come to your room with the block in hand and say "Is THIS the block you are looking for?"
